Farmers Markets, Dispensarys, Etc

Am I right in thinking that going to say a farmers market and purchasing an eighth, that I am covered under the act? Note-I'm not the one selling it, I'm purchasing it, or has something changed I'm not aware off?

Well I just read a good majority of it...it's been awhile. I feel like there's a part or a few parts missing or changed and i know ive seen posts with people talking about changes.For some reason I had it in my head that I was protected under the act from procuring meds from anywhere...reading it now I don't think so..or did I just miss it or skim over it?

But id not want to be on site if the feds or local law enforcement raided the markets while your there first your going face down on the ground second you are now documented as a mm patient so there are still many risks involved regardless of your immunity per the mmma.
