Does anyone know Lincoln parks stance on medical marijuana? are they muffin makers like other citys? any info would be great, like are they hassleing legal caregivers and patients that grow?

Lincoln park has a no growing ordinance in place if I remember correctly I think they only allow it in certain industrial areas or something like that been a while since I saw the news report so don't quote me on this.
