12 Plants Included/Not Included In The 10oz?

I've heard it both ways.

10oz of which 2.5 can be out and the rest needs to be locked up.

Does this include what you grow or just what you purchase/receive?

Both. Lock it up so the kids can't get it. That's the bar put in place by haters. You just need to take precautions so that non adults can't get into it. It's not that it's as harmful as Drano (doesn't have to be locked up, duh). We just don't want it to end up at schools and places like that because that's the law.
