Judge Joseph Longo is a very fair judge. He handled my case several years ago. At that time he berated the prosecutor and asked how she would feel if she were in like circumstances. He was at that time however bound by the law as it was then written.

at least now the paper is saying the Law was passed Dec 4/ 08 back last year they were saying April 4
