Being a caregiver and running a medical marijuana storefront are two different things anyway your OK the ban is only for marijuana businesses.

Macomb Township supervisor said in today's local paper they are writing a new ordinance for MM and he does'nt want anyone growing it in their home.

If I can find the paper tomorrow I will quote it and make a separate post for it.

I'll be watching for you post Puffaway, I'm also wondering if it is just an ordinance, is the penalty just an ordinance violation or are they planning on charging with breaking federal law?

His small potato arse cant make any patient/caregiver stop cultivating so let him flap his gums all he wants at worst they can hit you with a civil infraction and i highly doubt that will fly for him as well.
