And it was great to hear from Tim Beck and his idea that by having 10,000-20,000 Caregivers, that even if the Obama Admin reverses course, it will be pretty well impossible to keep the patients from their medicine.

If anyone, that is employed by the government, discloses that name, they are guilty of a misdemeanor.

 

It is supposed to earn them six months in jail.

 

I don't read anywhere any exemptions for a judge.

 

Bob and Torey have had their names disclosed by the courts as being medical marihuana patients.

 

The disclosure of that information is also supposed to earn someone six months in jail.

i do think you are right the lower courts do not have a case they know they don't or they will drop it like a hot potato
