Whats Keeping Us Down?

All we hear about is how prosecutors, law enforcement, and judges are abusing their authority in the form of illegal raids, searches, beatings, and imprisonment. We often discuss what we can do to alter the state of the MMA to conform, or ways to change the policies and actions of those stated above on a state level, but rarely if ever do you hear of individuals being rewarded for wrongful persecution by authorities on a case by case basis. Is this why they continue? Is this just a lack of resources, financial or otherwise?
