Nice idea. I think urban gardening should be encouraged, conventional and medicinal. Imagine, with no streetlights you could flower your plants outdoors right in the city. You might need an over-the-top security system, but what can you do?

this is just great. It took them over 6 months, with me and 2 other neighbors calling every week, to get the bulb changed in our streetlight. now they want to turn them off??
