A bill introduced in both the state House and Senate would allow the state to temporarily ban a substance if the director of the Michigan Department of Community Health, working with the Michigan Board of Pharmacy, deems it an imminent danger to people's health, said sponsor Sen. Rick Jones.

These bills might be HB 5338 or 5714 or SB789.

I'm guessing the bill(s) wouldn't affect the MMMA since mj is already banned and the MMMA provides an exemption. Is this correct?

K-2, Spice, Bath Salts are what I would consider a immediate danger to the public. NOT marijuana.

IMO, Chemist will continue to tweak the banned chemical in these products and they seem to get worse each time that is done..All to prevent the use of the safe route of using Marijuana due to its illegal status for many reasons
