its just a 40W tower fan that runs 24/7 and exhausts air from your basement.

Thanks sledge, saw the short commercial and thought someone might be using it in lieu of some dehumidifiers

my guess... junk

 

only based on the fact that its an infomercial... about air quality and what not... these units have been available for years and they make no mention of how theirs sets themselves apart from the competition... buy a standard canister fan, duct it outside and set it up with a humidity controller... same effect... half the price..

the key should be that its used in 'public housing' which is code for 'its cheap bunny muffin that costs a lot and does nothing'.
