Enclosed Locked And Secure

I read the section pertaining to this. I know this subject has been covered before but i cant seem to find it. My question is does a basement, with a door and a pad lock attached to the door leading to the basement fill the requirements for locked, enclosed and secure. There is nothing else in the basement except the grow. The back door is adjacent to the kitchen door with a lock. It has different locks then the front door and a storm door that is locked. I , nor does anyone else have a key to this door. Is this acceptable? Meaning it will hold up in court?

depends on whom leo finds in the grow (if they find anyone).  If patient or patient registered to you, ok.  anyone else, not so gooood. 

but from your close description, it sounds good to go.

With our grow we had the room locked and leo bashed in the front door but the judge said because the plants where in the room behind the locked door didn't matter because the plants where in a closet in the locked room but the closet door had no lock
