Is it legal to purchase established plants that are approximately 2 feet tall? If so, is there somewhere to purchase from? I am in the Cadillac/Traverse City area. If anyone has any info in regards to this, please let me know. Your help and advice will be greatly appreciated. 
I"m looking for plants because honeslty I just do not have the time for seeds or clones. I am starting new and will only be doing 4-6 plants for my patient.
