Is There A Doc In The House?

Ok so i have a family member who has a degenerative disks in his back and he was certified for this condition, now it has been 3 years now and he has not seen the docs,will the records for this diognosis be enough for a recert?

 

 

He is on a veterans dis pension for this and has stopped taking the meds they gave him and found great relief in mmj.

my first qualifying physician required my records be "recent". google mj cert center in your area and give them a call. They'll gladly give you their requirements, maybe even list them on their website?

find a good doc that does certs. bring in old records and his prescription.

the doc should do a physical and certify him.

 

how old are the prescriptions?

cert doctors are doctors too, they want you to get yearly medical checkups at least...

Its been 3 years for the va docs.

 

They just want to do surgery and/or drugs
