Please be advised that the MMP requires that Application and Physician Certification forms be dated and signed within 1 year of the date the Application is submitted to the MMP.

 

What good is that advice when they have switched the forms twice in a year? These are things that make the program harder to comply to than it needs to be.

the 2012 change to the mmma that defined the bonafied doctor patient relationship. it requires doctors make follow up care.

 

the follow up care should be at least every year according to lara. so getting a dr rec every year makes sense within the context of  MMMA section 3.

 

(3) The physician has a reasonable expectation that he or she will provide follow-up care to the patient to monitor the efficacy of the use of medical marihuana as a treatment of the patient's debilitating medical condition.

 

i guess my theory is incorrect, now it seems like you wont be able to use your dr rec from 2013, next year in 2015 when your 2 year card expires.

 

they will change the rule whenever they feel like it anyway.
