Got A 750.474 Ticket In Crawford County... Should I Fight Or Pay The Ticket.

Talked to the Prosecuter he says the judge is only looking for Fines and Costs for first time offenders and people w/o prior convictions. I do have some misdameanors in Ohio ut nothing bad, traffic violations, and a posession when I was younger.

I asked about the Liscense suspension and they said no way will that happen this is a traffic ticket not a public health code ticket.

Right. You didn't have a blood test. If you would have then you could have been suspended for 6 months.

Any drug charge, it comes from the state, not the court.

Friend of mine was fighting his turned down 3 plea deals and in the end they dropped the charges.case dismissed, awsome right? Then his lawyer tells hime the are recharging him and not sure with what yet

probably same charge, this time no plea deals and they will act tough. come time around the court date, have your friend ask for a plea deal, then tell him to go in front of the judge and say not guilty
