MJ eaten raw from the plant, and pomegranate juice share stroke-retardent qualities, according to rats and the doctors who observe them.  Over the last 2 years local stores used to carry pomegranate juice one-by-one have dropped the product.   Until today, some of them carried juice with 10 or 15% pomegranate, but today i found they even dropped that.  So now i'm searching for a street dealer (for 100% pomegranate juice).
