caregiver123
One of my plants has had rather rough looking leaves since it was a small clone. The leaves were all green, they just didn’t have the normal smooth appearance. It has progressed as normal as is the same size as all the identical clones beside it. The roots look gorgeous. Some of the leaves have become browned and dried up. I am hoping it is over fertilization (I just changed the water today). Please help! Thanks! AmishRnot4ganja
Those leaves look awfully dark. Starting with a diagnosis of over fertilization seems to be a good place to start. Flush them and reduce nutes.
caregiver123
Done and done. My biggest fear is some sort of microscopic mite infestation (broad/russet mites, etc) although none of the other plants are doing this.
AmishRnot4ganja
Mites produce small white dots on the leaves. They can be easily seen with a 30x microscope and easily treated with Azamax.
caregiver123
Ok that doesn’t sound like the issue then. I’ve previously looked at it closely with my 10x loupe and seen nothing. It’s progressing nicely, it just looks a little unhealthy in spots. I will be vigilant with water cleanliness going forward.
