Homebound and sick without a card. How can I still get a caregiver card?

My husband is in need of a card. He can not go to a doctor.

I want to get Caregiver card.  How can I do this? We have 24 HR nursing in our home.

Is your husbands doctor willing to give him a card? Depending on what area of the state you are in you may be able to find a doctor who will certify your husband based on his medical records. If not you can still grow under the recreational law.
