Do you need to fill out another app? Or is it automatic if the patiend selects you on his app to be their caregiver

The patient pays 10 bucks and you filll out the app, they run a back ground check on you. if you dont have a drug convicted felony, you will be good to go. alot of c.gs pay the 10 bucks for their patients!
