Dude DETROIT CITY COUNCIL is so fuxed up....they want to keep it legal so they can nickel n dime the people of the City of Detroit as they don't do that already. Look at the recent scandal with the POLICE...it appears that all the big wigs were having extra marital affairs. THe city reeks still of Corruption.
