OK so this new law is already headed towards being reversed back to MM being made illegal and since those who grow illegally refuse to get on board they pull things like this

And it gives the other side more fuel for the fire..See LEO does not see the difference between a Patient or Caregiver and someone that pulls this kind of stunt...

These guys are clearly breaking the law so the argument could be made that those of us who are following the law should also want this behavior to be stopped. That being said no one should be in jail for marijuana , if they are in the MMP they should be fined and punished according to the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.If not in the program they can still assert the AD.If not a qualifying patient or caregiver then I guess they are at the mercy of LEO and the system. What do you think , anyone?

It sounds like they didn't get caught so it is kind of a moot point. I think that is why a lot of outdoor growers grow in pots in someone else's cornfield, but that's probably the easiest way to get your plants found by cops in helicopters. They ought to try taking the extra bit of effort to do a guerrilla grow. No one ever thought medical marijuana laws would stop illegal grows. Come on.

Couldn't agree more. Its such BS that the MAIN reason if, if not the ONLY reason it isn't as legal as alcohol is because it DOES have medicinal value.
