During this evenings episode of let it rip on fox 2 detroit a viewer asked the candidate for governor what he would do if elected to help clarify the medical marijuana law huel Perkins chimed in about Oakland county arresting patients and what can be done to avoid this in the future?

Bernero stated that he will not fight medical marijuana but instead work with the program but in the same breath he said more regulations are needed for clarification of the law but its still better than what R Snyder said he wants pharmacy's to provide our meds which we all know wont happen because of federal law the republicans are trying to kill our law by loopholing us with federal FDA laws .

The AG race is by far the more important one.

GET SCHUETTE SPEAKING SCHEDULE SO I CAN BRING CANNABIS CURES ROADSHOW TO HIS FRONT YARD

Yes, D&D, BUT the governor has to want to LISTEN to what the Attorney General has to say.

Which of these two politicians will LISTEN with a kind ear to the needs of MMJ patients is ALSO an important question.

And remember... the governor has VETO power on ANYTHING that might be pro-cannabis / MMJ in many legal / legislative battles.

'Which' of these two 'bone heads' will have an open and kind ear toward MMJ.

And don't forget the local elections either... it's the 'local' politicians that are voting to restrict patients and their caregivers rights.
