Need Hydro Setup

I'm growing 24 in soil and just picked up a new patient. I want to build a new hydro setup anyone have the plans or a link to a nice setup I can can buy and build from lowes. I'm tring to figure out if having all twelve hooked together will wor out. I guess I would have to build a sepearate room and just swith the lights/ cycle instead of moving the buckets etc. Also will one 1000 watt be enough for up to twelve plants? Thanks in advance I appreciate all you great people. Just need a little advice here from some more experienced growers. I have done hydo a cvouple times but in single buckets.

I dont know what area you are in but I have 12 lowes buckets already drilled for ports. 3/4 inch not 1/2. You can have em if you need em.
