I love lemon skunk be it greenhouse or DNA , regardless of it being a low yielder she has that shine of Cithral. No matter the Skunk seems to almost always be dominated over by her . ,

What breeder is yours from ? I have seen a Greenhouse Pheno that was more Skunk like but she lacked the lemon grass smell ..

 

Ill be medicating with some of her as well next month ... OD

Looks very nice Tarzan....I have both DNA and Greenhouse Seed Co. Lemon Skunk started from seed that is vegging right now. I coldnt make up my mind so I got both to see what was best. How long did yours take to flower? I have heard anywhere from 8-12 weeks lol...I am hoping 10 or less.

I vegged mine for approx. 45 days ...

and She was in bloom for 7.5 weeks ....

 

I checked the trichomes and they were

just starting to turn milky ...

It was between Clear and Cloudy this time ....

 

I was hoping for a more head stone and Im fairly

sure i 'll get it ...

I have more coming and may let them go alittle

longer if i don't get the effect Im looking for ....

 

I test them like 5 different times of the Day ...

Plus get others imput to base my testing ....

Thanks for info Tarzan...Again VERY nice work on the Lemon Skunk. I know you said you got the strain from Mos Cutty...but do you happen to know which breeder it came from? I think you will most definitly get the heady buzz you are looking for. I do the same thing with almost all of my strains(especially strains that are new to me) I will harvest some at milky with very few amber, some milky and 15-25% amber trichs, and some will go to 50-75% amber trichs. I have found with most strains that the effects are best at milky or milky and 15-25% amber...but then again I am not a huge fan of major couchlock either. Best of luck buddy! Let me know if you need another tester;)

Lemon haze plant that I have going right now has the lemon skunk in it and if I put my nose in the plant it smells like sticking my head above a bucket of lemon pine sol and inhaling (obviously not as strong of a smell but very similar).

I've not heard from MosCutty in the past

couple weeks ....

 

He gets busy at times .... Maybe he 'll pop in one day ....

 

I'd call him , But i don't like pester anyone ,

unless its importantant ....

I kinda like them cause their a narrow plant and

can be placed in between my bushier plants like

bubba kush and Sour Diesel ....

 

Keeping the bloom room as full as i can get it ....

 

 

 

 

Not for the records but I believe Moss and Tarzan have Dna's Lemon skunk . Almost positive but dont want to give bad info out ..OD

Dr. T you have just come close to unlocking this plant at, 7.5 weeks. I take her to 9 weeks and she turns bronze with pungent lemon smell, and very hashy. :thumbsu:

 

Top her early, keep the light down on her give her 18/6 for a few weeks and she will stack. :thumbsu:

 

I usually grow this girl over the winter months very uplifting for sure.

LOL, good eye Danny you know your stuff for sure. It's funny Dr. T finished this girl up, and posted I was just with a fellow patient enjoying some bubble hash that I call "Lemon Lime." Made from 80% Lemon Skunk and 20% Sharksbreath, try to save some for you to try next time I'm in your zone.

 

Oh my last batch of Lemon Skunk was lab test in TC at 20% THC, I didn't submit the test so I don't have all the info, but yeah that plant kicks butt

I checked them like a 50 times and they looked good ....

They were starting to go cloudy ....

 

Yes ... I wanted to take them a little earily ....

I did not want any Amber for my first harvest of Lemon Skunk ...

 

The information i have said :

 

This Strain is the Tastiest and the Sweetest if she is cut

down between 50-56 days ...

 

and that puts me right on the Money .... :thumbsu:

 

60 % Sativa 40 % Indica

 

Next time I may let them go a little longer ... :thumbsu:

I know what they say flower time is but my pheno leans towards the LV Male plant and not the mom which has a shorter flowering time.

 

I don't look at trichs or suggested flowering time. Most plants I have don't come with suggested time. LOL, the plant lets me know when it's ready. :D

 

A few peeps asked questions so I thought I'd give my 2 cents.
