I am glad our elected officials are spending their time and our money on important issues related to quality of life. While they're considering banning the scent of marijuana, perhaps they'd do something about the smell of barbecued steak, which offends my vegan friend, or outlaw my alley neighbor's cigars. Better yet, please prohibit anyone from dousing themselves with Axe body spray. Denver has numerous ordinances which the city or police either cannot or will not enforce, such as the sound of loud parties or thundering car stereos. Perhaps this is an opportunity to encourage civility: Don't blow your smoke in my yard and I won't cook liver and onions. Chauncy Gardner
I am all for that Axe body spray ban. Most perfumes for that matter too.

Heck, with all our modern technology someone will very soon genetically engineer a cannabis plant that smells exactly like Chanel #5, of course the less expensive bud will only have the essence of Old Spice. solabeirtan
Personally I have come to be somewhat of a connoisseur of the Skunk species. Where I know I used to reel and cringe at the slightest whiff of that dank pungent mysterious vapor, I now seem to search out and caress at its slightest hint, like a fine wine... to search for that particular scent that reminds me of something.... very sweet. The offensiveness seems very distant, non threatening... whhhoooooaaaa why do you think they call it dope. heeeee heeeeehhh heee

greenbuddha
Funny thanks Laughing out loud is the best, but sometimes we have to settle for a chuckle or a grin. Enjoy the sunshine when it happens.
t-pain
this is what the prohibitionists are moving towards. cant outright ban marijuana? lets try banning pipes, bongs, smells, hydro (deadly chemicles!), lights (fire safety!), magazines (remember when they tried to hide high times?). medibles? kids like candy! cant have medibles. cant have names on strains, that makes it enticing to kids. the trick is to try finding out what they will try next. join their groups, talk to their members, learn from them. then beat them!
