although the specifics of this program were unknown to me till now, thank you, I always knew this was business as usual. just look what google can do in a home.

 

I think the stellar stat would be how many first time offenders compared to repeat offenders are snagged daily, perhaps with the use of this data. I don't like the targeting of either, but if the repeats stopped repeating......

What are we willing to live without in order to live in the police state? most believe its just part of their existence, and come running when the dinner bell sounds. Some other countries talk of the conspiracy to withhold their food and water and utilities, with no care for the steady surveillance forced on them.  I suspect that's a glimps of our future,  in doublethink land

I think we need a data base and extreme oversight of the police. Things have gone way too far in their favor.

 

A good place to start, and something suggested by many in the legal system, would be to require video documentation of all police/citizen encounters.

 

This would be easy to initiate given the level of technology out there today. Strange that the police don't seem to be in favor of this.

 

Remember Ronald Reagan's famous words on this subject:  "Trust but verify."

agreed. waaay too many rogue cops bent on self appointed agenda.  not to mention, how many take experi-mental psychotropic drugs like anti depressants or opiates for pain, maybe dulling their reality a bit. How else could they act the way they do in these raids on amerikan civilians largely unarmed, and be able to sleep?

They are each employed by us, to protect us, but often find themselves as the enforcer of politico agenda.

 

 

I ask Who will protect us from them, when they are receiving orders from a rogue boss ?
