right KD....sorta i mean the way the law was written it would have been perfectly ok however the law was bastardized early on and so no non-connected via the registry transfers are covered under section 4 of MMMA. (section 8 is a whole other story)

you can buy them from other caregivers as often as you want.... but you can't sell to anyone unless you have an established registered relationship that's been properly vetted via LARA.  (say that 10 times fast)

that is of course if you do not want to be arrested and forced to explain yourself to a judge because you are operating under section 8 (affirmative defense).

thank you Mi Supreme Court for that one sided decision...
