is 14gms bud enough for 1lb butter ?

Sure, why not? Just carefully adjust how much you eat of whatever you make with it.

Just don't want to waste it if not strong enough. Tried brownies after a recent heart surgery for pain. Works better than Rx pills.  I figured I make my own. Cheaper 😄

thats a lot of grams for 1 pound butter i would say.

well you could try a smaller batch 7 grams with 8 ounces butter

just to see if thats the strength you want.

If you are going to cook with it there's no need to decarb. Keep the temp as low as you can to retain all the cannabinoids.

I decarb everything for edibles. 225 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes

I use a slow cooker, melt a pound of butter, 2.5 cups of water boiled, add your bud, put  in slow cooker on high for about an hour, then turn down to low.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours and stir occasionally.
