If you have a caregiver, can you be someone else's caregiver?

I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything, so my apologies if this has already been discussed somewhere.  Lets say person A is a caregiver for person B.  Can person B then be the caregiver of person C?  If so, can person B get meds from person A, and then provide person C with a portion of the meds that person B isn't going to use?

maybe. just dont write anything like that down on paper, could incriminate someone in the long run. make sure everyone has their ducks in a row with bonafide relationships, secure and locked facilities, plant counts under limits etc.
