Seeking Clones

I have all my stuff to grow, however I am finding it impossible to find clones and seeds are ridiculously overpriced. I am looking for Cannatonic #4 or any other CBD strain. I am also looking for a sativa strain. I have not found anything at the dispensaries and I live in the Ann Arbor area where there are tons of dispensaries. I will be growing in dirt in my new grow tent. I will only be growing in the summer because my wife does not want them in the house. So, starting soon is imperative as Michigan's grow season is short. I am hoping to get enough from the summer grow to last all year.

Dispensaries/Provisioning Centers are not allowed to sell clones anymore. 

I have been looking for cannatonic clones too.

Some of the seed banks have a high cbd strain with low thc. Believe Seedsman has the 18% cbd/.5 thc seeds.

Last of May for putting out plants work well. 

$10 per seed is the going price.

You would think they would not want to anyway since it would be taking money out of their pockets.

Have not found clones but found a place in Jackson that has seeds.

Is it illegal to buy clones from a person willing to sell them?  Likewise... is it illegal to sell them? Also... I would think since MI has legalized both Medical and Recreational use, law enforcement would not be wasting resources on try to catch people selling/buying clones.  Anybody know if this is accurate?
