i stared this post CASE LAW i have been asking for this Topic from the first day i /we got Raided so most already know that we got Raided we were the first ones that have are cards in court it even has a sticker on the back Defendant's Exhibit C

 

I show my card all the time to people and tell them my card has some thing on it no one else has and they can't believe it i even think it maybe Ebay worthy lol and it has a 4/20 date also i will post more later

People can get their ID card, they can even apply after being arrested and still have the charges dropped.

 

There have been hundreds and perhaps even thousands of people that took a plea in that time. They will now be able to make claim that they were pressured into taking the plea. Many, perhaps even most, marijuana convictions in Michigan since 12/4/08 might be able to be overturned because of your case ..

all that may be true But it is not over by a long shot as he told me but he did say we will not be getting any money for are loose Matt was their he should be able to tell us more as what it all means or maybe Mike can tell us lets hope so i have to go now i will post more later pb

when was this case decided??? what does one have to do to get their case overturned?? do i need a lawyer for this or can i do it myself?? what case would i cite??

 

well i was not their and it happen July 7 but my Lawyer Rob Mullen told me on the phone that him and Matt were at the court of appeals for over 2 hours and i was hoping they would come here and tell us every thing that happen because am not real good at posting

 

Anyways to make a long story short we are going to be famous and we are going to have some kind of Law with are name on it. Yep and it is not over by a long shot (are case)as he would put it

well most people no now that are case was heard in the court of Appeals July 7 i just wanted to post it here so as it did not get lost are Lawyers told us that it ant over yet but we are winning so we still must Waite till it go's to the supreme court

 

i will post more as days go by

What case law was established, and in what court? Are you reffering to an appelate ruling in Bob and/or Terry's case. Anyone have a published pdf file of the appelate ruling? Or did they simply decline to hear it?

well yesterday i had a chance to talk to Matt some at the great event they had at Grosse Ile and like all Lawyers he said he thinks we are winning

us too but that wont happen that is not me saying it it's the Lawyers that are saying it I am like you i think the AD is Bigger then the Law it self the AD is written into a lot of Marihuana state Laws it must be BIG
