Welcome,and I hope you get the help you need here. Have you checked out a local compassion club? they have a lot of information that could help you with getting a certification by a local Dr.

mmmcc .com is in grand rapids among others. I don't know much north of that. ask around the site there are lodes of people willing to point you in the right direction
