Hemp Seed Oil-What Is The Cannabinoid Profile ?

I have seen nutritional information, but not a cannabinoid profile.... .experiencially it is weaker than oils derived from leaf n bud..... .anybody know the cannabinoid profile of hemp seed oil?

Its cold pressed. Should I be carboxalizing it?

All oil from bud and leaf I have had has been carboxalized , however. I am just not getting the relief I need from cold pressed hemp seed oil.

Thanks Bill. I had never seen that before. Was hoping it might be an easy way to get some cbd. No wonder now why it doesntwork like that. Hemp seed oil will not affect the endocannabinoid system cause it hasn't any cannabids.

That is not entirely correct, in my humble opinion. It appears that both omega-3 and omega-6 PUFAs (partially unsaturated fatty acids) are metabolic precursors for exactly the endocannabinoids you make reference to (CBD equivalent is 2-AG, which is made from an omega-6----which your body CANNOT make and thereby must come from your diet) and so YES hemp seed oil, by containing omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, affects the endocannabinoid system. Strong correlations exist between essential fatty acid deficiency, especially in childhood (proven concept) and endocannabinoid deficiency (still a new, relatively unverified concept).

The hemp seed oil does seem to control my intestinal pain.... it doesn't get to my skin conditions, however. Every time I take a break from bud.... .bad skin flare ups.

I have combined these two salves 50/50 and it works great on cuts and burns, may also work for your skin condition as well (I am told that it will help with rosacea). I was out in the wild harvesting nettle roots a couple of days ago and fell and bruised my shin a good one. It was so sore I could barely put any weight on it. I rubbed it down with the Cannafrey (Cannabis and Comfrey combination) before I went to bed and I swear, when I got up the next morning, I forgot that it even happened. Simply amazing, no pain at all. It seems like my minor cuts and scrapes are healing at twice the speed of normal.

 

If you feel that you can't make this salve and if you are in the Central Michigan area, PM me, I have an extra jar. No charge except for you to come and get it.

 

Side Note: The comfrey salve seems to be smoothing out my wrinkles and it is doing a fantastic job of moisturizing too!
