Nov. 30th 2012 (Rick Simpson's Birthday), doctors, researchers, law enforcement professionals, activists for drug law reform, patients and cannabis enthusiasts will gather nationwide to call for the immediate repeal of cannabis prohibition on the basis that cannabis presents as a safe and effective alternative to chemo and radiation therapies.

I'm a little disappointed by the lead time, very short. We can and must do a much better job at organizing these events. We should be hounding the government every minute of every day, something like a squeaky wheel or a spoiled child. What ever works. It would be an even greater failure for us to do nothing at all.
