These are the guidelines that the State Police will use when interacting with medical cannabis patients. So no matter what you believe to be true or wish were true, these are the standards you will be held to.

I use to keep mine as far back in the van as I could inside of a padlocked tool box.  I now drive a car with a trunk.

That is an error on their part.  If you click on the link they provide, the law actually reads:

I wrote a letter to the MSP legal team and pointed out the error.  I have seen no update on it.
