what this means is that states wont run to the feds whenever theres a medmj case they cant/wont prosecute. because then theres no benefit to them.

 

at least the theory goes.

 

hope it works. small baby steps here and there, keep trying holder. we got 2 YEARS TO DESCHEDULE before the next president comes in who probably will not be very nice wrt marijuana laws.
