D.A.R.E wasn't duped, it is dumb. We all knew that Bill Clinton's cigar  could be used for sex, but did D.A.R.E. actually believe that one joint could cause 4 pregnancies. Did it not thing that this may be usable knowledge for the lesbian community.

 

Correction, the piece didn't say female were becoming pregnant, it said teenagers. Watch out my young brothers!
