Case Dismissed Against Bozanzoes?

Not sure if this is the proper place to post this.

Back in 2013 bozanzoes was raided by the DEA. Its owner, and this is information i obtained from a newspaper) is anthony virga. I put his name into the oakland county court explorer, and he had been charged with delivery/manufacture of 5-20kg of marijuana.

Just checked it today and it looks like the case was dismissed!

Wondering if anyone has any information about how he got it dismissed, when i hear of so many others being convicted.

Whats entrapment by estoppel?

Like the city of walled lake giving him a business license?

So does this give him immunity from future prosecution? Or does it imply that in cities like detroit and others that have ordinances for dispensaries that the state and county cant shut them down?

detroit hasnt licensed dispensaries yet (they are in the process for accepting applications now)

 

no idea. dispensary cases are strange and weird and no one can predict what happens in each case.

have you seen any counties that approve (rather than just ignore)? iirc its only been townships and cities that have licenses not county licenses?
