some fool put up a grow across from the police dept and they smelled it!

Plus depending on how many of these spaces you have you could draw in the Feds if you have  an abnormal amount of plants in one building anyone got a link to the guy who was busted for doing this same thing and getting  raided by  law enforcement I know there is a case from recent memory ?

All of the air is scrubbed with carbon filters.

This is a legal grow space for licensed caregivers

This is one relatively small space with 10x10 partitioned for another caregiver to use

What is a, commercial "green zone" location?

Also what type of security setup do you have for this space who else will know about  a  renters grow who will have access to this room  does it have its own power meter how will you know how much power the renter will be using does it have exiting 220 plugs ?

If you’re asking where one can legally grow, based on the size of the grow op, and the held licenses, that info is available online.

Guardian security/cameras as well as a hook up to mobile phone alerts. There are a total of three rooms (we will be growing in one of the rooms). Only the people on the lease will have access. It’s a four month lease. Depending on how much you want to pay (the cost scale is 500-800/mo) we can provide a 220 plug or a ready built light controller, as well as 120 accessory plugs inside.

Each room is separately metered.

There are metal bars over all windows and doors (which were previously on the building). We can pull around to the back to load in/out supplies. The back lot is well hidden. There are no other businesses with access to the back of building. This is the only business in this building

That's what alarms are for as long as  the building is secure and the landlord is legit it might be a good spot for someone with deep pockets that needs more space time will tell .
