Weird that you were picked out of the crowd, really happy to see you escapes relatively unscathed.

Even IF they would have found something, what would be the recourse, arrest yet another legal patient and take thier medication?

The days of the K9 are numbered - just like prohibition - they need to start training them for something else, just like they need to find other ways the "enhance revenue".

I'm glad it ended well....

 

Is that why you were going for the cigarette...you smelled like weed ?

 

I think my response to ..."I smell marijuana" would be..."No you dont"

 

Because I would never smell like weed on the road...When they know they are bluffing straight answers like that are good

 

Really...we got to make sure our cars are odor free 100%

 

Its bad juju for sure...even if they can't they find anything they could try to charge you with dui

 

Then what ????

 

What a mess that could be...

 

By the way that's why I used to smoke cigarettes when I was a kid to cover pot

 

And its an addiction that will kill, you make it hard to breathe, and hard for blood to circulate

 

Its the real bad juju here...you should have been under arrest for the cigarette!! ! LOL!

 

ANyway...that was pretty brave and it worked ...alot of us after showing the card would have caved on the briefcase ... mason jars work pretty good...Plus maybe it was better where it was...in the middle of the vehical...harder for the dog

 

Nice test...doesnt sound too fun

 

The Officer DID NOT Smell Marijuana ....

 

There has Not be anyone smoke Marijuana in that car .

This i know for a Fact , Plus i had not smoke anything

in the last 3 hours ...

 

The only thing he smelled was my Michigan Medical

Marijuana Association T-shirt ... Fact

 

Im sure he was hoping i had a car load of Marijuana ...

 

I only had a very little bit in my briefcase , and it was placed

in the mason jar about 2 hours prior to the stop ... It does take

time for the smell to come through the jar ... not sure how long ?

 

I never carry more then i'm allowed to have .

the part of the story he didnt tell you is that the tiger was in the car. :)

TRUTHFULLY ... It is a Very Smart ideal to carry a Dog

or a Cat in your Vehicle while your transporting Meds ...

 

It will interfer w/ the K-9 Unit ...

Welcome to the club Tarzan!! Not a good feeling when you see the lights come on, but one of the best feelings once they let you go about your day. Though I will say, State LEO are much more tolerant and easy going than any city or county LEO. Great to hear they didn't try to make an example of you.

But i did , i had it pulled to the side while i

was getting my lighter off the passenger seat ...

it is one of my life's dreams to get to "meet" a tiger in person, and even pet it. do you guys really have pet tigers?

No ... It cost Us $25 each ... $50 Total

It's very expensive to take care of these animals properly ...

It was worth every penny to feel that Animals Body up

against my belly ...

To Feel the POWER of that Animal .... It was Almost Better then Sex... LOL

No Matter What ,,,

It's just Not worth taking any extra risk ...

 

But ... As a Card Holder i have to take full responsibility

for everything i do ...

 

I am Very Aware of the Dangers there is and what could happen even if Im Legal ...

I know that Not All Cops will Follow the Law ...

 

We have to Protect ourself the Best we can and be prepared for the Worse ...

dr tarzan.. I got my hard card last month and imediately went downstate to a dispensary and spent a months mortgage on meds.. Lol (not true) On my way home just about a mile or so from home i got pulled over for a headlight issue.. OMG how scarey.. I kept my cool and he just ran my info and let me go.. but i was shaking like crazy.. even with my hard card.. when will this madness end??

I can surely relate ... The Old Heart gets Pumpin' forsure ...

It's never easy ... But as long as you remain as Calm , As best as You Can ..

I just now found this post lol..Considering it was myself and my patient you were helping I figured I would comment. Even though this happened all while ago now I still am proud of how that went down in the end and how you handled that. Again thanks for everything you do bro for real. I will take you up on that offer we spoke about on the phone very soon..Soon as the warden gives me my stamp of OK :) My wife would kill me if she heard me say that so lets pretend I didn't lol
