My guess is federal charges because he killed a federal employee or hit somebody on federal property?

well the feds want a NATIONAL CASE on how DANGEROUS marijuana drivers are.

 

they're going to railroad this guy. you'd think he'd get off a little being only 17.

 

sad for all involved. said the guy who died had a 1 yo kid.

 

people seriously need to stop tailgating and passing dangerously and aggressive driving.

making an example out of this kid will not change anyones driving habits.

 

it sounds like the kids' face hit the windshield. i wonder if he had his seatbelt on?

wonder if the other guy had his seatbelt on or if the mustang is just a really really poor front-end collision car?

 

its strange that in a two car front end crash that one guy walks away with a broken face and the other guy didnt make it at all. obviously the buick is more solid of a car, but.

 

i only ask because i like to know what cars i would be safer in an accident.
