Cg Being Legal?

maybe mail order your seeds

Good reply.  I can't see anything in the state law that prevents getting seeds in the mail.

The other option would be to have said CG get a patient card (I haven't yet met a CG who isn't also a patient), and he designates a CG to get clones from and starts from there.

A caregiver can acquire genetics legally from anywhere.  Using the mail is against federal law, but I know several people that have bought them from overseas and gotten them that way.

The person giving the genetics to a caregiver wouldn't be protected by the law, only the person getting them.  The only completely legal transfer of genetics that I know of is for a caregiver to give them to his registered patient.  A patient can retain possession of his/her twelve plants and still assign a caregiver.
