bobandtorey
ten pounds of harvested weight would weigh 2.5 pounds dry, just saying Thanks again But here would you or they take out the stems then weigh it ?
trichcycler
first we would need to know if he trims the buds before he dries, or after. If they found that much weight of trimmed bud, well,, he's in trouble. However if he trusted me to be on his jury I guarantee he will be free. I'll make sure of it in deliberation. Useable marijuana has been defined, so I would remove all but the useable vegetable material, maybe fly in montel to professionally trim it up for the court, before I hand down the not guilty verdict anyways. trichcycler
traditionally it is weighed as harvested, even with roots dangling. historically this is the total charged weight of an illegal grow op. otherwise we could crack nuts and demand an extraction, because we do not use the vegetable matter when vaporizing maybe Edited October 26, 2013 by grassmatch

trichcycler
Jurors should choose to never convict a non violent marijuana defendant if the opportunity arises, permit or not. this would put an instant end to the whole issue, without changing the laws, only the minds of 12 people at a time, and then society as a whole. garyfisher
Corrupt judge. Wet marijuana is not usable. These clowns at wasting money trying to prosecute this man when every single one of us will return a not guilty verdict. Your case began before McQueen, which ruled that the AD must be admitted AND before a jury in the absence of certain factual considerations. Sure. Some judges are apt to try to prevent it, but the law now provides explicitly for it. Edited October 26, 2013 by GregS

Add you need to stop posting false hope because as of today there has not been a jury trial where someone could use a card
GregS
Add you need to stop posting false hope because as of today there has not been a jury trial where someone could use a card FUK NO they can't use a card once they have entered the court system. At that point it becomes necessary to rely on the AD. THAT has been pretty clearly delineated. Edited October 28, 2013 by GregS
