either they are specifying where caregivers may grow/sell to patients (dispensaries) or they are limiting growing plants to industrial areas OR they are getting ready for 4271.

no idea what happened, i was not there and i did not review video.

 

might be more meetings planned in the future, check city of southfield website for more info and calendar. dont hesitate to call up the city desk and ask them too.
