I suppose for one light bulb.. and your grow was all florescent maybe. but for 3k in lights, plus a full electric home.. it seems to me you will pay more. even if its only 20.00 or so but it seems to add up...

 

Yep, you always pay more. They seem to be banking on folks that are willing to pay more for clean energy sources.

Based on the data cited earlier in the thread, if the ENTIRE market was suplied indoor production electrical usage would increase by less than .03%. The effect on the grid and total demand is negligible.
