Here is my attempt at showing off my bud but I can not get a very good pic. How much do you have to spend to get a good enough camera for close ups? I have a Casio Exilim 8.1 m.p. This is Afi at 43 days and it doesn`t do it justice. all the leaves are absolutely covered with crystals.

I think you need to change the picture settings to 'close-up'. Does your camera have a function that allows you to choose 'landscape', 'action', 'close-up', etc.?

Im not sure if it has that one but I will play with it more. I have it set on flowers right now bot it still blurs when I try to get to close. I guess I will keep playing with the settings.
