Dr. Greenthumb Og Kush Med Grow

Dr. Greenthumb has very kindly gifted me a pack of 5 of his OG Kush feminized to test. I'll be dropping these in a glass of natural spring water tonight. Stay tuned.

I dropped 3 seeds in a glass of natural spring water. One bean immediately went to the bottom. The next day all three were on the bottom.

 

They were then placed in moist paper towel and all have germinated. They will be going in a soiless mix tonight.

I ended up waiting until last night before putting the beans in soil as I like to see a decent tail before I drop them. They still weren't as long as I would have liked but I didn't want to wait any longer.

 

Sorry for the lack of pics but my camera went doa on me today. I'll post/update again once and if they break the surface. One looked great but the other two I'm not sure about. They are in cups of promix with added perlite and dolomite lime.

They're in water now.

The beans dropped to the bottom and were put in moist paper towel where they stayed until today. One had a nice long tail, the other was curled up so we will see. Both have been planted.

So far I'm 2 for 5. Still have hopes for a 3rd but we'll see. By the looks of this one it may be a mutant. Time will tell. Both halfs of the shell were clinging on to the top and I had to carefully remove it. The other OG is doing very well.

Out of the 5 OG Kush, 2 made it and 3 did not.

 

The 2 OG's are doing well. The last one that came through seems to be ok now.
