Went to the bar last night. And the bartender which is a friend of mine told me that they just went to there T.A.M. (tobacco,alcohol managment) meeting. And in that meeting they were informed that if an officer comes in the bar and finds you a customer with marijuana on your person that it dont matter if your legal or not that your marijuana will be treated as a street drug and you will or can be charged for it criminally. Is this true or false? The bartenders are also banned from wearing any artical of clothing that has any alcohol related pictures

or words or they and the bar will be fined. And if the bartender lets any type of sexually suggestive tv programming be on the tv the bartender can be fined and the bar owner will get charged with C.S.C. (criminal sexual conduct) . I have known this bartender for several years so I am pretty sure  she isnt making it up.

i would not take any Marijuana into a bar in the first place keep it safe and out of Leo's hands

patients are protected under sec4 from having marijuana taken from them as long as they have the card + drivers license and have less than 2.5oz (and the rest of the requirements).

 

but, the question is can the police fine a bar for having a medical marijuana patient in it?

could be. sounds like discrimination tho.

like fining a bar for having a handicapped person in it.

 

probably the class your friend took was made from rules in jurisdictions from across the country.

so maybe some podunk town in iowa has a rule?

 

i have no idea about bartender clothing.

advertising alcohol is banned in places. similar to tobacco ads.

 

sex stuff on public-ish tv can fall under obscenity laws.

could be like a strip club or peep-show rule something?

Yea your right on that one, now with viagra coming up on their time of getting their cash back and way more, and all the generics that are gonna be made, They could run all e.d adds and still make money, and I bet they would be pretty entertaining commercials!  lol

I hear that, that is where all of us went when we got our drivers liscenses, we just crossed 8  mile and it was no prob buying alcohol in most party stores at 16 yrs old!! and when the cops pulled us over in detroit and caught us drinking, they just took our beers and sent us back to the burbs!
