Can A Private Club Sell You Marijuana?

So a guy I know went to a private club that opened two days ago. He went in a closed room with two guys. 12 strains or so to look at and smell. $15 a gram up to announce per month. Only for patients of a certain Mmj doctor two counties over... They say they are legal as a private collective but I don't buy it... Any thoughts?

It's legal for the patient. A patient can acquire from anywhere as long as it is for thier own medical use. Not legal for the seller however.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking, they should've just waited and did it right when dispensaries are allowed here

selling from the grow is a curse.

having a separate place to sell (meet patients) is expensive and easier to fund (or rent) with others who also need such a place.  the talker cited as 'source' of the info is a good example why cgs who sell from their grow location are foolish...some buyers talk and sometimes it blows up in a thread and 100s know all about private matters...it's best if they are not talking your grow loc.

They don't grow there it's a rented commercial space. In a county that's been know to be lenient on Mmj matters
