Hello. I hope this is the right place for this post, as this is my first. I'm hoping someone can help. I am over 21 and a resident of Michigan. I have severe and chronic back and neck pain. Sometimes I also have back spasms. Degenerative Disc Disease runs in my family (mother, aunt, 2 uncles and my grandpa), and I have the exact same symptoms. But I have never gone to a Doctor to get a diagnosis. Can I still go to a Medical Marijuana clinic and get a recommendation, without having medical records?

If you do not have a primary doc perhaps a couple redi care (not a regular hospital emergency room though)

visits would help to build a medical file to document your condition.  I would ask for records of my visit prior

to leaving.

I would not normally suggest using these types of facilities for this purpose yet it may help in the event when

people don't have a pcp.

Edit to add;

County Health Clinics may also be a way to begin seeing a doctor and building medical records of your condition.
